At the time of canceling services, telephony, pay-TV and Internet-company call centers are the complaint champs on "Reclame Aqui" (Complain Here), the biggest complaint site in the country. To show that in practice, Grey Brasil created "The Art of Waiting" project. Last year, the Brazilian visual artist Vermelho (Red) painted the walls in front of these companies until he was able to terminate some of these contracts. Now, as part of the developments scheduled for 2015, this differentiated action’s webvideo has just aired on the site’s official channels.
