Delicious: From the Sea

Our latest work is part 2 in a 5 part series celebrating the unsung heroes behind some of Australia's greatest chefs and restaurants. The team braved trying conditions 20 miles off the coast of Queensland to give viewers a sense of the risk and work involved in catching award winning seafood in a sustainable way. The objective of the series is to celebrate Australian food producers by showing viewers the story behind what's on their plate in the lead up to the 2016 Delicious Produce Awards.
