The overall standard this week was pretty good but there were two standout pieces. The first is
Dismaland by Banksy. A wonderfully executed satirical film, which has so many gems that it makes you want to watch it over and over again. And like all great Banksy pieces it really makes you think. The second is
McWhopper. The idea that broke the Internet. Brilliantly orchestrated and seductively simple. Congrats to all the winners.

This week's guest judge is Graham Lang, chief creative officer, Y&R South Africa and Africa.
Graham started his career in Cape Town as an Art Director at The Jupiter Drawing Room where he managed to win a host of local and international awards, including one of the country's first ever Silver Pencils at D&AD. He moved to Saatchi & Saatchi London in 2003 as Creative Director where he produced award-winning work on local and global campaigns for P&G, Dewars, Sony Ericsson, NSPCC to name but a few. In 2008 he joined RKCR/Y&R in London as the Global ECD on Land Rover. Under his lead Land Rover was the 5th most awarded brand in Cannes in 2010. In October 2011 he returned to South Africa to undertake a regional position as Chief Creative Officer for Y&R SA. His responsibilities were extended to oversee work across the African continent in 2014. During Graham's career he has won every major industry award across traditional and non-traditional categories. Amongst other shows, he has been selected to serve on The One Show, Cannes Lions and D&AD judging panels.
