Seen and notedGuest Judges: Carlos Alija + Laura Sampedro, CDs, W+K, LondonThis week's guest judges are Carlos Alija and Laura Sampedro, creative directors at Wieden Kennedy, London. Winner: Canal Digital, Scouts. Not sure what Canal Digital's positioning really is in Sweden and someone might say this is quite a generic statement for the category. But you can't deny that the story grabs your attention and the combination of boy-scouts, black humour and an an invitation to a relaxed parenthood is quite refreshing these days. READ MORE Guest Judge: Ben Priest, CCO, adam&eveDDB, LondonThis week's guest judge is Ben Priest, chief creative officer, adam&eveDDB, London. Favourite: Case study films are the curse of our business. Made by the industry, for the industry awards shows, often fluffing ideas that real people never got to see or simply chose to ignore. That's what really tickled me about the Shutterstock: The Best Bob In The World. This week's guest judge is Matt Kemsley, founder, Matterhorn, Sydney. Winner: OVK - Parents of Road Victims: Forever Young. As a cyclist I'm often terrorised by people using their mobile phones whilst driving. This commercial confronts the issue by avoiding highly choreographed car crashes but turns to a compelling insight about someone living with the aftermath of making a simple, stupid mistake. Well directed with a moving, authentic performance. READ MORE Guest Judge: Matt Eastwood, worldwide CCO, JWT

Ok, it's the end of the day and I get to watch some of the world's best work and give my "expert" opinion on them. I need to start reminding myself more and more that this job does not suck one bit.
