Igor Borghi

Born and raised in Bologna (Italy), Igor began his training in filmmaking as a teenager. After graduating from the University of Bologna with a BA in International Politics, he went on to attend the Italian National Film School in Rome.

Following this experience, Igor built a significant resume working as an assistant director for some of Italy’s leading feature film and commercial directors. During this time he also wrote and directed short films that won awards at festivals around the world.

Since 2010 he started directing commercials. He worked with the likes of DLV BBDO, TBWA, Auge9, LeoBurnett, McCann Erickson, 1861 United, STV DDB.

His works and directorial vision have been featured in many publications including Bestads and SHOTS.
