Philly-based deli brand Dietz & Watson has unveiled a new spot that cements just how seriously the brand takes hoagies by bringing back comedian Craig Robinson to deliver an ode to Philly’s favorite food and the hometown heroes that serve them up. The new digital spot, created by creative agency Red Tettemer O’Connell + Partners (RTO+P), marks Craig’s second gig as spokesperson for the brand. He first sang Dietz & Watson’s praises in an ad for Dietz Nuts, the first-ever “meat nut” snack for Dietz & Watson and the world, back in February around the Super Bowl. Check out the extended cut here – both will be running on digital and social, and the :30 cut will air regional in the Philadelphia market in the coming weeks.
