Personal injury hasn't really changed its methods of marketing in 30 years. They still rely on the “Injured?” billboards, talking lawyers and catchy 800 numbers as their bread and butter. Morgan & Morgan noticed how Geico blazed a trail by transforming car insurance advertising by using humor to connect with consumers.The firm is on the cusp of going national with over 750 lawyers and offices in nearly every state. With that growth an idea has grown alongside it: Could we change how law firms advertise? Well, we are about to try.
All that being said, we are pretty darn proud of this campaign. No lawyers, no settlement claims and no 800 numbers.
Just a series of funny relatable spots. Pretty simple but possibly revolutionary for the space.
