When many men become fathers, they leave behind their childhood passions to concentrate on what really matters: their children. After all, there's a recurring chance that baby will require attention right in the middle of a game and, in online gaming, that can mean defeat and the loss of precious points.
Connected to the online gaming community, NIVEA MEN is launching the action [NDP] New Dad Player, aiming to bring together present parenting, passion for games, and fair play, under a single movement. The campaign promotes new behaviors that can help fathers reconcile their love for games with their unconditional love for their children.

The idea is to identify players who are fathers by introducing a common habit designed to flag members of a clan. With the acronym [NDP], which must be used ahead of the player's nickname, NIVEA MEN aims to bring together all fathers who want to take part in this one-of-a-kind movement.

To get things started, the brand invited, through Fabrica.Ag, several gamer dads: Octavio Neto, Lucas Cordeiro, Felipe Tode, SKYZAOO, and Pai Também Joga, to become ambassadors for the campaign that was launched on Sunday, August 8, Brazilian Father’s Day. By adding [NDP] to their "official" nicknames, the gamers will take part in games with various other influencers in the gaming universe, and will gather the main tips for creating a Collaborative Best Practices Manual about what not to do when playing online with an [NDP].
