In order to raise awareness about Prostate Cancer, La Fundacion Salud Querida, from its movement, Entender No Temer, created the A.G.U.A. Test (Autonomous Generic Urinary Assay) that any man can take at home to identify early symptoms of cancer or other urological pathology. In Colombia, this pathology shows a rising trend, since by 2020 there was an increase of 12.8% in the number of diagnosed cases according to Globocan figures and 3,686 Colombians died from this disease.
Agency: Publicis, Colombia

The A.G.U.A. Test consists of a 1 liter bottle whose content is simply water, so it can be done at home. The patient must consume the entire contents of the bottle and check if urination shows any unusual symptoms, such as difficulty in starting or holding urination, weak, dribbling or interrupted urine flow, blood in the urine, pain when urinating or urgency to urinate frequently at night. Also during November the Foundation joins Movember, the global campaign that promotes men's health in 20 countries around the world, especially prostate care. Movember is the combination between "mostacho" and "November", that is why during the whole month the Salud Querida Foundation will carry out screening and awareness activities so that more people understand and are not afraid of the exams related to Prostate Cancer. The Salud Querida Foundation, with the #EntenderNoTemer movement wants to highlight the importance of timely diagnosis and to perform early detection tests for prostate cancer, which can be: the specific prostate exam, a method that is mainly used to detect the disease in men without symptoms, another test is the rectal examination, in which the prostate is palpated in order to find early prostate cancer, finally, there is the prostate biopsy, which is performed if the previous two tests show that you could have this pathology.
