It’s no secret that holiday gatherings can be dysfunctional affairs, but these three hilarious viral holiday cards from KFC prove that peace is possible during the holidays – no matter which crazy aunt or uncle is sitting next to you. If you’ve seen KFC’s recent TV commercial for its holiday offering of an 8-piece meal with a dozen cookies, you may appreciate these extended versions that really capture the need for peace and joy during the holidays.

In all three viral cards, the long-suffering gentleman on the couch reminds us that giving is better than receiving. Especially, when receiving involves endless banter from two chatty aunts, two relentless nephews, and two very opinionated uncles; and giving involves irresistible KFC chicken and chocolate chip cookies. Silent night, indeed.
