Riggen's Verizon FiOS campaign with Lopez Negrete USA was a three-day, unscripted shoot that showcased testimonials from several real-life Hispanic Verizon FiOS customers. She prides herself on being an actor’s director, and it was a welcome challenge to elicit short and compelling answers from true customers based on their experience with Verizon FiOS Internet, TV, and phone services.
