Minneapolis-based advertising agency Clarity Coverdale Fury is unveiling a new multimedia campaign for long-time client Red Gold Tomatoes, celebrating how food brings people together. The campaign, using the tagline “Grown by Families. Enjoyed by Families.,” features Red Gold’s fourth-generation Reichart family and their local farmers. The comprehensive campaign centers on Red Gold’s commitment to local family farms, fresh ingredients and making connections through food. A television spot and web video are core to the “Food Brings People Together” campaign. The 30-second television spot will air in 15 markets across the country. “Food prepared at home is one of the most powerful ways we can show love for others,” says Selita Reichart, who owns Red Gold with her husband Brian. “Food brings us together, starts conversations, renews bonds among us all. We’ve grown tomatoes with local family farmers for four generations, and this campaign demonstrates the significance of connections made through food.” The spot features special moments we share with friends and family, illustrating the love that starts in the kitchen. The web video tells the story of Red Gold farmers and features the multi-generational families that grow Red Gold tomatoes. Through the eyes of farmers who pride themselves on growing the best tomatoes to be shared at tables across the country, viewers get a glimpse into the kind of care and diligence that can only come from a family farm.
