Did you know that fatigue can make you look older in just a single day?
The impact of fatigue on skin ageing is unbelievable. Garnier and Publicis conseil have carried out an experience during one day, under legal supervision, and demonstrated that after a busy day, a woman seems to be older than in the morning.Indeed, with age, skin recovers less and less. Signs of fatigue (drawn features, dull complexion, dark circles and puffiness, dug lines) are embedded, and become more visible signs of ageing. Garnier shares this truth about fatigue, anti-aging and beyond that about the frenetic pace of life imposed on women.
Women 30 to 40 are a minority following a suitable routine (day cream + night cream) to effectively fight against signs of fatigue. That's why the Garnier brand and its agency Publicis Conseil have developed an integrated communication strategy, including an outreach web movie about the real impact of fatigue on the signs of aging to make women aware of the importance of their anti-ageing routine. This experiment in real life compares two pictures of a woman taken in the morning at the beginning of the day and evening after an active day. Then , people in the street are asked what age they would give to this woman ... In a single day , respondents give on average five years more.
This international campaign has just started in Europe.
