Description
------------------------------------
Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy (MCBD) has created a new TV campaign for the educational foundation Edge.

The campaign, directed by Fredrik Bond, dramatises the problem of pushy parents who may be driving their children down an education road which isn’t right for them. It also highlights the options available for the one in five young people who think they have been pushed down the wrong learning path.

The TV advertising which broke on 13th August will be accompanied by a press and online campaign.

The advertising direct parents to a brand new website designed by Elvis www.edgecampaign.co.uk <http://www.edgecampaign.co.uk/> where they can find out more about the learning options available to young people.

Creative Commentary
------------------------------------
When your script’s titled “Wrong Direction” you need to find the right way
to shoot it. So we went right to Sonny London and Fredrik Bond. After
that, it all went wrong, which was absolutely right. Everything went the
right way on the shoot. It was just the 4am call times that were (very)
wrong. And we’d like to thank everyone who helped us go the right way about
going in the wrong direction. It turned out alright.
