Parti Socialiste Ville de Genève: Ripping Instagram apart

Geneva is a vibrant city known for its theaters, community bars, public beaches, parks, state sponsored festivals and concerts. However, in 2016, despite a positive budget, the new government cut its spending on social and cultural affairs. Parti Socialiste Ville de Geneve via Cavalcade, Switzerland, decided to react and launched the operation RIPPING INSTAGRAM APART.
