After several months of launched this campaign, which was well received by the public, even generating a lens brand to join the cause; CERCIL has decided to relaunch "Models for Equality", with the objective of opening the eyes of the world and generating that the great opticians of the country, hire blind models for the Summer season 2019. As you already know, "Models for Equality" is an initiative in which five blind people members of the Center for Rehabilitation for the Blind (CERCIL), seek to capture the attention of the main eyewear of Peru and sunglasses brands, so they can hire them as models. "Who more than them to model sunglasses, if they have been wearing them all their lives," says the agency. The relaunch of the campaign designed by the Loto agency, seeks to make visible a problem that few want to solve: the labor discrimination that many blind people are victims, and also wants to demystify the belief that blind people cannot fend for themselves.
