Winner: Volunteers of America 'The War Inside'. I think that the very simple idea with this execution is perfect and the intensity of the insight is really cool.

Runner-up: The One Show 2020 'Change Your Destiny'. The insight is very fair for what concerns an advertising award and I find the realization honest and ironic.

Winner: Ministry of Health and Population 'Listen to Their Thoughts'. Strong and just realization concept.

Runner-up: Heinz Ketchup 'Pour Perfectly'. Simple, clear and fair.

Winner: McDonald's 'Always Open'. WOW SIMPLE AND GENIAL!!!!

Runner-up: Yamaha 'Dear Glenn'. Great insight and idea!

Winner: Stampen Media 'Visible Thoughts'. Really simple with a very fair execution for this idea! Perfect for me.

Runner-up: AAMI 'AAMI Warning Spots'. I think the idea related to spotify as a warning during your journey is right and useful, very clear insight.

This week's guest judge is Alessandro Paladino, head of art at Herezie Group, Paris.

Alessandro Padalino started his professional career in 2006 in Leo Burnett Milan, in 2010 he, then, entered Armando Testa and in 2017 he joined Herezie Group as head of art.

His works have been recognised at various international advertising events, such as Cannes Lions, Eurobest and One Show.
