The Bolivian carnival and specifically the one celebrated in Oruro, is one of the largest festivals in the world that it is lived intensely for 4 days every February and where more than 30,000 dancers, 10,000 musicians and an average of 400,000 national and foreign spectators participate.
This great festival of music, dance and costumes that is enjoyed throughout the country, was suspended due to the pandemic, causing excess alcohol and violence against women to hide behind the doors of houses.
