Leo Burnett Lisbon released Project Carma, a project created for B-Bicycle Culture Magazine around a bicycle made from the scrap of a car with the mission to make up for the kms it ran in its previous life.The initiative wants to contribute to relaunch the discussion about mobility and ecology in the city. The Project also includes a limited edition of cyclist accessories made from the car's upholstery and inspired a short film produced by Albinana Films.The bicycle will be first displayed in an event to be held on March.

That's when the right foot idea came up.In Portugal thereâs the belief that you must start off the New Year with the right foot, so you'll have a lucky Year. And so NOSSA decided to offer a right foot made of plaster to its clients for Christmas and the year to come.As the idea seemed so simply brilliant NOSSA decided to extend it to everyone, specially now, that Portuguese need all the luck they can get. Nossa set off the movie campaign for the right foot 2013 on the Internet and in 2 hours only it had a 20% increase of fans on Facebook, and more than 1000 feet requests were ordered.NOSSA also built up a website pedireito2013.com where you can find all the information you need and be able to order as many feet as you wish.

Due to the economic crisis in Portugal, the number of families living in poverty is dramatically increasing. To help those families, Sociedade Civil Solidaria, a Portuguese NGO, launched last week the commercial "Unemployed Chef's Kitchen". The ad shows how those families are learning how to cook and it's nothing like the Cooking TV shows we are used to. The agency is Fuel Lisboa, and the director was Luciano Ottani (Show Off Films).

This year's edition took place in Lisbon, and Nossa created this guerilla action outside the festival's door, as a way to generate awareness and promote the website, considered one of the worldâs most inspiring agency websites. Within this context of crisis, of which advertising agencies are also victims, Nossa decided to support those who didnât submit any work.The poster says: If you haven't submitted anything to Eurobest, don't let this small detail screw up the festival. Take advantage of the crisis and buy a statuette. After all, nobody is gonna know how you got it. Stick this flyer in your t-shirt and good luck. PUBLICO newspaper decided to offer booklets of Angry Birds stickers in order to increase sales. Their media budget was none, except for their self-promoting print ads. To reach new readers, we had to go to the streets in an unconventional way. So we use Lisbon's plenty of damaged buildings and walls as media, replicating the "destroy-it-all" philosophy of the Angry Birds game. September 2012.

Gorila is an iconic portuguese brand of bubble gums that has been without advertising for the last 20 years. This brand is part of the emotional heritage of an entire generation. A special edition of its original flavour was created to re-launch the brand: Gorila Vintage. Bar Lisboa looked for something that had an impact on the lives of those who are currently in their 30s and 40s and found Arcade games, the âlatestâ technology in the 70s and 80s. Based on the concept "Back to good old timesâ, they recreated these videogames to nowadays platforms: mobile phones and tablets.

On the 2 of August of 1998, Salvador Mendes de Almeida, after a night out drinking with his friends, had a motorbike accident. Too much alcohol and speed were fatal. Salvador became quadriplegic with only 16 years of age. From that day on everything changed in his life, from the simplest to the most complex thing. Even his dreams changed. This was the starting point for the MSTF , Lisbon challenge: What would today be like for Salvador, a famous and emblematic figure, founder of an association in Portugal with his name that everyday helps improve the life of physically disabled people, if he didnât have the accident? This was what we wanted to show. Salvador living today, the life he aspired and the dreams he had in 1998.

The photographer Joao Pina is at the last phase of "The Shadow of the Condor" Project which took him for nearly seven years to visit several Latin American countries (Bolivia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay) that were ruled by dictatorships military in the 60s and 70s. All those countries, in a joint operation named "Operation Condor", arrested, tortured and murdered more than 60,000 people. To reveal, document and bring all this to the light, Joao Pina started to visit Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay conducting hundreds of interviews in the making of the biggest photographic archive about this horrible chapter in the history of the mankind.

Featuring some of history's most popular writers like Agatha Christie, Mark Twain and James Joyce, it takes a keen eye to see the excellent detail that show in more ways than one, that these second hand books are 'classics almost as good as new'.
