So, we created a campaign that cut through traditional governmental messaging, and instead asked kids to draw what they'd do with the money. We let their imaginations run wild, bringing their illustrations to life in a series of light hearted videos, OOH, and targeted digital advertising. We then encouraged people to imagine what they'd do with the money, and find out if they were eligible.

A third of them were experiencing hunger for the first time. We needed to bring to life the depth, diversity and discomfort of hunger across Western Australia. The Brand Agency, took their stories, and using field recordings, foley, acted improvisation, and human body microphones, made an unsettling, layered soundscape. The sound of hunger. The campaign spanned audio, digital, social and press, with an interactive website showcasing the individual layers of the sound, the stories, and statistics. The more users donated, the quieter the sound became - in the browser, and in WA.

Inspired by movement, the centerpiece of the campaign is a 30s video directed by Canadian Director and Academy Award nominee Jeremy Comte. For it's digital OOH and web banners, Cossette worked with Canadian photographer Norman Wong, and sought to recreate the look and feel of a moving train in keeping with the idea of movement.

Edition Volkswagen Polo Vivo Mswenko, a car designed for young South Africans to take on the streets, we took inspiration from the car’s design and created a campaign dedicated to the streets of SA.We then collaborated with SA's top street artist and fashion designer YAY ABE and GALXBOY, and created the #MswenkoChallenge, a crowd-sourced campaign for the youth, by the youth.With minimal budget and more competitor brands in the category, we surpassed every KPI, from Link Clicks and earned media to sentiment and sales. In the end, an audience who eats, sleeps and breathes Mswenko, now drives Mswenko.

The music-led campaign is based on the premise of the 'Little White Lies' that are told as part of life growing up, and as adults to get us out of tricky or awkward or embarrassing situations. When it comes to taking drugs, the reveal concludes that despite the white lies young Australians might tell their mates about it to fit in, or ‘be accepted’ the fact is that drug taking is less common than people think, and that contrary to popular belief, the majority of young Australians just don't do it.
