Vitor Cepeda Lopes

Vitor Cepeda Lopes Vitor Cepeda Lopes was born in Braga on December 21 of 1988, at the age of five, his family moved to Mirandela where he spent most of his life and began his journey in the arts as a violinist. With 17 years moved to Cascais to continue his studies with Max Rabinovitsj, working on shows such as Annie, D. Bosco - O Rebelde Sonhador and Wojtyla. It was in the theater that he became interested in anything that involves putting on a show together until it reaches the public. He worked as a music producer, light designer and he was even technical director of the Salesianos do Estoril Theater, where he discovered a new passion - film production - which he is dedicated since 2011, " devouring " all the information he could access as a self-taught. Enrolled in the Cinema major on Universidade Lusófona in 2013, where he directed the short Monsters Inside Us. In 2014, he was forced to interrupt his studies due to work commitments, on March 2015 he started being mentored by the DP Shane Hurlbut, ASC. Since then he directed and DP several shorts, spec commercials, corporate jobs, and on 2017 started his journey in advertising working as an intern in the director`s department of Krypton Films an award-winning production company. He's currently a director/dp working as a freelancer.
