Biography

Tim Pashen is creative lead at Hjaltelin Stahl, Copenhagen, joining in January 2019.

Before that he was a senior copywriter at The Monkeys where he happily created for clients including Meat & Livestock Australia, IKEA, NRMA & CGU Insurance, Canadian Club, Jim Beam, Pizza Hut and Berlei, contributing to the agency being crowned Campaign Brief Agency of The Year twice in three years (2016 & 2018).

He has been awarded from London to New York for both creativity and effectiveness at D&AD, Cannes, The Webbys, One Show, Clios, New York Festival, AWARD, Spikes, The Effies, and YoungGuns. His work has also been featured by Time Magazine, Huffington Post, Contagious and Fast Company.

As a copywriter, his 'You Never Lamb Alone' diversity ad was voted #3 in the Top 10 Aussie Ads of the last 60 years by Think TV and B&T magazine.
Most recently, his 'Black Friday (Re)Sale' campaign for IKEA was recognised amongst the World Changing Ideas of 2021 by Fast Company.

For two consecutive years Tim was recognised in Australia's 30 Under 30 list for Creativity. He is currently No. 4 Creative in the global Best Ads rankings over the last 5 years.
