Biography

Tim Pashen is Creative Director at Worth Your While, Copenhagen, a founding partner agency of by The Network.

Most recently he was Creative Lead at Accenture Song Nordic, helping them win Eurobest Agency of The Year for the first time ever and the Grand Prix in Digital for IKEA. Prior to that he was Senior Copywriter at The Monkeys, Part of Accenture Song, in Sydney during a period of unprecedented growth where he created awarded work for brands including IKEA, Australian Lamb, NRMA Insurance, CGU Insurance, and Beam Suntory, contributing to the agency being crowned Campaign Brief Agency of The Year twice in three years (2016 & 2018).

His campaigns have featured in Time Magazine, Huffington Post, Contagious and Fast Company. Think TV and B&T Magazine voted his Australian Lamb You Never Lamb Alone diversity ad in the Top Aussie Ads of the past 60 years, and
most recently, his 'Black Friday (Re)Sale' campaign for IKEA was recognised amongst the World Changing Ideas of 2021 by Fast Company.

For two consecutive years Tim was also recognised in Australia's 30 Under 30 list for Creativity.
