Although Purim's Book is named "The Book of Esther" after Queen Esther, the traditional Purim sweet-delight Haman ears (Hamantash) is named after Haman, known as "Evil Haman", thus making him the most talked about figure during Purim, more than Queen Esther.

Queen Esther, the heroine of the book, is an innocent woman taken against her will to the King's Palace. Eventually, she showed initiative, independent thinking and resourcefulness.
By thinking outside-the-box she bravely defeats Evil Haman by influencing King Achashverosh's decision thus saving the Jewish people from annihilation.
