No matter where you live, winter sucks. It's cold, it's rainy, and worst of all life slows down around you as people go into hibernation.
We wanted to help people around Australia get out of their slump by showing them just how amazing a Winter getaway could be. We decided to give Australia's coldest town, Waratah, Tasmania, a Wintervention. Live on breakfast TV we surprised the entire town with a trip to the Gold Coast, the only catch, they had to leave immediately.
