There’s been a lot of conversation about how to stay physically healthy during the coronavirus pandemic. But what about our mental health?

With a crisis breeding anxiety, loneliness and isolation, National Parks and Wildlife Service South Australia and the South Australian Tourism Commission, wanted to shed some light on how we can keep mentally fit during these times, without jeopardising our physical health.

While we’re social distancing and keeping to our “four metres squared”, this campaign encourages South Australians to take the opportunity to think bigger.

Our parks have more than enough room to go around, so you can go for a walk and respect each other’s space while taking in some fresh air and clearing your head.

With a quick 24-hour turnaround, we used our square visual device to provide spatial perspective, framing people in our local and national parks, encouraging everyone to think outside their 4m2.
