YuMOVE: A Love Letter to Dogs

This week YuMOVE, the UK's number one vet joint supplement brand, returns to TV after its successful sponsorship of Paul O'Grady's For the Love of Dogs on ITV. In light of the numerous challenges posed by COVID-19, the nation has never needed its doggie companions more. The campaign titled "A Love Letter to Dogs" pays homage to the important role dogs play in our lives both physically and emotionally and is a charming, engaging, and amusing collage of the wonderful moments people share with their dogs.

The film depicts how much dogs move us from the physical enjoyment of walking, running, and playing, to the emotional give and take between owners and their dogs. The film ends with a heartfelt message from owner to dog: “You move … me. Don’t stop.” voiced by the brilliant John Hannah who delivers this ode to dogs beautifully.

It aims to clearly position YuMOVE as the UK’s no. 1* ‘clinically proven’** vet joint supplement brand.

Very much a product of the times we’re in, the ad was put together from brief to broadcast in just 20 days, using only professional footage. It was executed entirely remotely, with brand team and agency collaboration happening over video and email. No social distancing rules were broken in the making of this ad!

The campaign will run from now until November 2020.
