According to the research, 68% of women aged 25-44 agreed they struggle to get good sleep, often battling:

- Work stress (38%)
- Too much screen time close to bedtime (32%)
- Money worries (30%)

As a result of bad sleep, those surveyed reported struggling the following day with feeling:
