SABON, a Luxury Body and Bath Fragrance chain founded in Israel, with 90 branches all over the world including NY, Tokyo, Amsterdam, Rome and Tel Aviv.The goal of Shalmor Avnon Amichay Y&R Interactive Tel Aviv was to communicate one of SABON's core values – Internationality. In every SABON store there is a beautiful well.
Working off the insight that people love to make wishes we decided to leverage these wells for more than their decorative feature.We decided to add a magical dimension and turn them into wishing wells.
We created a minisite in which people from all over the world could virtually throw a coin into the wishing wells and make a wish.
Every day a gift basket was randomly awarded to one lucky wisher.
The grand prize was a trip to the famous Trevi Fountain in Rome
where the lucky winner would get the chance to throw a real coin into its waters.
