Electricity retailer Momentum will launch its new clean energy product, SmilePower, in a special event at the MCG tonight.

Momentum has an Elite sponsorship deal with the Geelong Football Club and will unveil SmilePower before The Cats take on The Saints in the opening round of AFL.

The launch is part of a fully integrated campaign developed by Twenty20 Communications supported by television, print, radio, online and direct mail. It will include a fireworks display, multimedia presentation on the MCG big screens, competitions and merchandise giveaways.

The campaign aims to encourage businesses to ‘make the world a happier place’ and switch to renewable SmilePower from Momentum.

SmilePower is Momentum’s latest offering for small and medium businesses, providing clean power backed by Australia’s largest generator of renewable energy, Hydro Tasmania.

The campaign ads feature a range of ‘happy’ appliances, delighted to be powered by SmilePower’s clean energy, derived from a hydro system that has been powering Tasmania for nearly 100 years.
