The bigwigs were in town for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGUM) and to top it off, it was a long weekend and her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth decided to put in an appearance as well! With security at unprecedented levels, the city was a nightmare to navigate. So Shed, Perth ran this ad on the front page of the special CHOGUM section in the paper, to encourage people to stay home and relax with a few 'quiet' ones.
