Cossette Vancouver: Cossette Fruitcakes

Inspired by the power of nostalgia – and breakfast – Cossette Vancouver sought to reinvent fruitcake from the ground up. Incorporating traditional flavours of nuts and dried berries, Cossette created Fruitcakes, an organic pancake mix. Paired with rum maple syrup and a rectangular cutter to ensure the Fruitcakes maintained the traditional shape, this project deliciously fused the worlds of holiday and breakfast.
