This new PSA for the Ad Council and the U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration warns teens of the dangers of drinking and driving. Working closely with ad agency Merkley + Partners, Durable Goods Director René Villar-Rios shot the commercial entirely on iPhones to evoke the look of found party footage where underage drinking runs rampant, and to speak directly to teens about the ultimate "party foul."
