Quechua, the undisputed leading brand for hiking sports in France, will start broadcasting a new TV campaign at the end of the year aimed heightened visibility on its key product, the Forclaz fleece jacket. On the market of hiking products, an activity with more than 22 million practicing enthusiasts in France, an undeniable asset makes the Forclaz fleece jacket particularly attractive: for an identical thermal protection, this fleece material is considerably lighter and less bulky than others (3mm thick only). The film, made entirely in 3D animation, follows two hiking friends in the great Northern plains; one is outfitted with a warm, comfortable Quechua fleece jacket while, to keep the cold at bay, the other has to wear a huge, unwieldy coat. The film was made by director Ruairi Robinson (of Wanda Productions)
