Impact BBDO, Dubai has just launched the Brand campaign for the RTA, which is building up the whole transportation system of Dubai. After many years of construction and hassle the RTA wanted to remind Dubai Citizens that change is on the way and in some cases change has occurred and is easing up the daily traffic.
