Amitabh Bhattacharya

Amitabh was raised in Calcutta, India, and joined J. Walter Thompson as a copywriter in 1992. He continued his career at Leo Burnett and DDB, before joining Mc cann-Erickson as a creative Director. During these years, Amitabh had won quite a few international awards including NYF and Cresta for brands such as Kit Kat, Pepsi, Levi's. In 2002, Amitabh launched Nomad Films, a broadcast production company in Mumbai with the idea to create space for talented young directors to perform to the best of their capability. Four years down Nomad Films has produced more that 100 commercials for brands like Nokia, Motorola, Samsung, Kellogg's, Phillips, Gillette, P&G among many others.
