To help recruit over 18,000 new crew for McDonald’s restaurants across Australia, we created a massive integrated campaign celebrating the Macca’s crew camaraderie, their daily traditions and inside jokes, and the countless joys and perks of working with your mates. Because burgers and fries don’t make it Macca’s. Mates do.

Kicking off a multi-month campaign period, a 60 and 30-second commercial ran across the NRL and AFL grand finals, supported by a bespoke mobile game to accelerate applications, along with Spotify, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Snap ads, plus full integration into McDonald’s CRM and its mobile ordering app.
