Harvey Nichols: Staff

adam&eveDDB has created a new campaign for Harvey Nichols which breaks around London on Sunday March 3.

The campaign plays on the high-fashion cliche of dogs in handbags, replacing the chihuahuas and shih tzus traditionally favoured by the likes of Paris Hilton with bulldogs and pitbulls that reflect a 'new breed' of more accessible designers and brands.

The campaign line reads 'Harvey Nichols - The New Breed' and features designers including:
- Kenzo, Sandro and 3.1 Phillip Lim
- J Brand, Equipment and Sophie Hulme
- Alice and Olivia, Marc by Marc Jacobs and Maria Black

Shot by fashion photographer Miles Aldridge, the campaign comprises three executions and will appear in print, online and outdoor sites (posters, bus sides and taxi liveries) around London from this Sunday 3 March.

Ben Tollett and Emer Stamp, Executive Creative Directors of adam&eveDDB, commented: "Harvey Nichols has always championed designers with more attitude than your average fashion label, so we figured that Harvey Nichols dogs should have more attitude than your average pooch."

Anna Davidson, Marketing Manager at Harvey Nichols said: "Spring/Summer styles always brighten up this time of year and what better way to celebrate some of our fabulous designers than in true Harvey Nichols fashion - all with a new kind of attitude."
