180LA has released this spot which rewrites the lyrics to the Wizard of Oz's classic tale of a Scarecrow who apathetically croons he "could while away the hours, conferrin' with the flowers" if he only had a brain. The agency subverts the song, highlighting instead University of Phoenix students who, "took two bullets in the chest, got three kids, never rest" and they've also got a brain.
