How To Do Nothing is a campaign developed to address the issue of youth anxiety and depression. It aims to empower young people to help their friends and whānau (family) who are struggling by telling them they don’t need to be a trained mental health professional (or even know the right thing to say) to begin helping. Just being there can be enough - a fact backed by clinical research. This execution played on TVNZ On Demand, during shows most popular with our audience, reminding them that simply watching TV with a friend can help them.
