On the 22nd of December 2015 Noel Clancy's wife Geraldine and daughter Louise were tragically killed in a crash involving an unaccompanied learner driver. Agency: BBDO, Dublin

On the 21st of December 2018 after over two years of persistent campaigning Noel successfully changed the law in Ireland. This amendment states that going forward car owners who allow unaccompanied learner drivers to use their vehicles will face prosecution.

This is Noel's story - a story of an unaccompanied learner leading to an unaccompanied life, and it's one we wish we didn't have to tell.
