This week's guest judge is Joel Holtby, co-founder and co-chief creative officer at Courage, Canada.

In 2022 he co-found Courage with creative partner Dhaval Bhatt, a creative advertising agency that in just 18 months has grown from 3 people to over 65+. He's recognized as one of Canada's top creative talents and is known for consistently creating work that grabs global attention, being recognized at Cannes Lions Creativity Festival every year throughout his career - a streak that runs 15+ years.

Joel has worked on a client roster that has touched almost every sector that includes KFC, KitKat, IKEA, WestJet, Molson Coors, Anheuser Busch, Shaw, Scotiabank, Nike, CIBC, and Kraft Heinz to name a few. His work has been featured on CNN, FOX News, NBC and almost every major news outlet along with late night TV shows such as Jimmy Kimmel, Steven Colber and Jimmy Fallon. Including having his work for GreenPeace published in the University of Oxford's education textbooks on cultural case & change marketing.

Since 2013, Joel's work has earned more than +400 international and national creativity awards, including 64+ Cannes Lions and medal performance at every major creative advertising award show in the Western world, - making him one of the most accomplished and consistently awarded creatives in the country. Most recently he was named Creative Director of the year from AdAge in New York as well as having his agency Courage be listed as top 5 breakthrough agencies in the world.
