Christy Peacock


In his 25-year career, Christy has worked all around the globe. From the United Kingdom to North America, New Zealand and now Brisbane, Australia where he now calls home.

Along the way he has led the creative for numerous internationally renowned clients, transforming consumer insights into highly relevant creative solutions. With broad cross-category experience and a strong FMCG brand and retail background, Christy has been the creative lead on New Zealand’s largest bank ANZ; New Zealand’s second largest alcohol and beverage producer, Independent Liquor and New Zealand's largest retailer, Auckland Airport. He's been creative leader for Cadbury AUSNZ, Nestle AUS, Nike Asia-pacific, Coke, Kraft, Kmart, Just Jeans, Glasson’s and The Iconic. He’s also been responsible for leading global and regional campaigns for car brands Chrysler North America, Cadillac North America, Toyota Australia, Subaru Australia and Nissan New Zealand.

He has extensive experience within the travel and tourism industry, having looked after Tourism Victoria in Australia for 14 years and the luxury resort and casino The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for four.

In his role at BCM Christy leads and inspires all creative and strategic thinking, including developing BCM’s innovative approach to strategy. He is responsible for overseeing all the creative output for the company.

Christy sits on the senior management team alongside partners Phil MacDonald and Paul Cornwall. Passionate about finding creative solutions that disrupt the market and gain traction for his clients he is relentless in his pursuit of always finding a better way.

Along his journey Christy has been a recipient of every major industry award globally.
