When it comes to life insurance, New Zealand is one of the most underinsured in the world. To change the nation's mindset, the life insurance company, Partners Life, teamed up with the country's most popular 'murder mystery' TV show, The Brokenwood Mysteries.

In every episode someone dies. And they end up in the morgue. So, at the end of every episode, before the credits, we brought the murdered characters back from the dead, for their ‘Last Performance.’
They expressed their surprise and stressed the importance of having life insurance – As they reminded New Zealand that life isn’t scripted, so plan ahead.
A message that seamlessly integrated into the show for the entire season. Using the same actors, same director, same crew and same sets – In a totally different and innovative approach for tackling life insurance.
