In Peru, there are about 6 millions stray dogs. However, people prefer to buy a purebred dog instead of adopting a crossbred dog.On Halloween month, people love to dress up their pets, so we dressed up the pets of our shelter as purebred dogs, in order to generate consciousness about this problem and demonstrate that all dogs are the same.
