Regan currently works as the CCO at Ogilvy New Zealand, joining from an ECD role at FCB Auckland in July 2015. Previously, Regan worked for DDB New Zealand for 9 years, 4 of those as Deputy CD and CD on the Lion Nathan and NZ Lotteries accounts. Over his career Regan has been instrumental in many of the successes of FCB and DDB. He was a key part in winning Campaign Brief Creative Agency of the year 7 times (and FCB’s first title) as well as numerous other industry number one titles including Young Guns Global Agency of the Year, Spikes Network of the Year, National Business Review Agency of the Year and multiple Ad Media Agency of the Year wins. 

On a personal level, Regan has taken home 35 Cannes lions including 10 golds, Grand-Prix at the local Axis Awards, along with countless other international golds, silvers and bronzes, including multiple D&AD yellow pencils.

On a personal level, Regan was ranked number six in the world (2014 Won Report), number one in NZ (Campaign Brief NZ) 

Whilst the quality of the creative product is paramount, Regan is also focused on business profitability. Regan has consistently contributed to revenue growth through maximising existing revenue streams as well delivering growth via new business wins.
