Regan Grafton is the Chief Creative Officer at Stanley St, New Zealand's largest independent agency. Over the last 3 years his leadership has produced campaigns which have transformed brands and delivered spectacular results. His work for the NZ Police, 'The most successful recruitment film’ achieved international success but significantly received a month’s worth of inquires in the first 24 hours of launch.

In 2018, Regan has helped take out the Grand Axis at the New Zealand Axis Awards, along with international trophies from shows such as Cannes, D&AD, Award in Australia and One Show in America.

Regan is an experienced leader, proven strategic thinker and brings in-depth capability across all platforms.

Previously, Regan was Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy NZ, FCB New Zealand and Creative Director at DDB New Zealand. Regan has been instrumental in many of these agencies successes, he was a key part in winning Campaign Brief Creative Agency of the year 7 times for DDB.
He was also instrumental in FCB's first Campaign Brief Creative Agency of the year title.
He also has numerous other industry number one titles including Young Guns Global Agency of the Year, Spikes Network of the Year, National Business Review Agency of the Year and multiple Ad Media Agency of the Year wins.

On a personal level, Regan has 38 Cannes Lions to his name, was ranked number six in the world (2014 Won Report) and number one in NZ, along with other countless international Grand Prix, golds, silvers and bronzes from Cannes, One Show, D&AD, Clio, Andys, London international, NY festival, Australian Award, Spikes, Webbys, Caples, and the NZ Axis Awards.

Whilst the quality of the creative product is paramount, Regan is also focused on business profitability. Regan has consistently contributed to revenue growth through maximising existing revenue streams as well as delivering growth via new business wins.
