Guest Judge: Mohamed Bareche, CD, Publicis Dubai

 GUEST JUDGE /BEST AD OF THE WEEK   WORLDWIDE    July 11, 2022 12:38 (Edited: February 17, 2023 05:19)
BEST TV
Winner: Bodyform / Libresse / Saba '#Periodsomnia'. Another masterpiece from AMV BBDO, I love the documentary-style direction coupled to the infrared camera effects, the soundtrack and above all the end line : Periods never sleep, but why shouldn't we? This is what we call a human insight.

Runner-up: EE Hope United 'It's Not Her Problem'. Love the way we are taking the viewers through the tough journey of football female players in order to twist nicely at the end on sexist hate. A good execution for a noble cause.

BEST PRINT
Sorry but no favorites since I didn't see strong contenders here.

BEST OUTDOOR
Winner: Home Hotel 'Try Before You Buy Overnight Experience'. A new service that can revolutionize the home buying experience, it should be extended globally. Really nice idea.

Runner-up: McDonald's 'Swings'. I like the simplicity of it. A branded outdoor people can interact with, and getting the brand to provide some instant happiness.

BEST INTERACTIVE
Winner: Ottawa Tourism 'Unofficial Museums'. The unofficial museums is a really nice way to shed light on the hidden richness of the city. Also a fresh new approach to Ottawa must dos, way more in line with visitors expectations. It's opening the way to a more "underground tourism" experience.

Runner-up: Kaytee 'Small In Show'. I like the strategic approach: Kaytee is committed to small animals wellness, so why not creating a small animals show (#SmallInShow) in order to create more awareness for this niche brand?
