For those of us lucky to have the option, it simply becomes a matter of choice over necessity when it comes to drinking gluten-free Two Bays Pale Ale. Itâs a bit like choosing a Pinot Noir over a Shiraz. While it might not quite amount to sophistication, per se, it is very much liberation.
