That's why, True Gum, a Danish chew gum brand that is on growth, did what they call 'The big plastic raid', where they raided the city centre of Berlin from conventional gum and bought up competitors' products - only to hand them out as free samples with information about its hidden ingredient: plastic. The imitative was made together with the Nordic creative agency Nord DDB.

Netflix / Lupin: The Art of Stealing

The campaign centred around Poland's most valuable painting: Leonardo da Vinci's 'Lady with an Ermine' (thought to be a portrait of Cecilia Gallerani painted by the Italian Renaissance Master around 1490), which was stolen and later recovered in 2016 by the Polish National Museum for over EUR 100 million.

Co-op / Community Fridges project: Live Christmas Ad

The centrepiece of the campaign, created by Lucky General was a two minute live ad starring TV personality, Dermot O'Leary and TV chef and rapper Big Zuu that ran during Coronation street on the 26th of November. The first time a grocer has ever run a live Christmas commercial. The campaign focuses on the Community Fridges project it has set up in partnership with Hubbub, a British charity committed to working with diverse communities, running campaigns and projects that tackle social as well as environmental issues.

Furphy: Footy Porky Pies

To do this, Furphy brought two footy-day icons together, beer and pies, to create Furphy Footy Porky Pies an unbelievably-delicious Furphy-infused beef and bacon pie. The pies were made available for hungry footy fans to order online and they sold out within minutes. They even arrived in cases of corrugated cardboard, just like a slab of beer. On the inside lids of every pack were made-up porky pies about the footy so that fans could read porky pies while scoffing down, well you know, porky pies. It wasn't just the fans, the media also ate it up and Furphy Lager became the talk (and beer) of the town - and that’s no porky pie.
